Wash N Roll Car Wash

Wash 'n Roll does a nice job of offering extras for you to complete your car cleaning service. Glad to have microfiber clothes and sprays available. Good vacuums as well as air hoses to get "stuff" out of crevices. The staff have always been helpful and I appreciate the little bonuses they offer now and again (suckers & bottles of water). They work hard to keep customers happy.

Great service and value at Wash and Roll. I tried out their trial offer and decided to sign up for the VIP membership. The staff is friendly, the wash did a good job getting my car clean, and having the vacuums included in the service is a nice bonus. It is a solid, reliable car wash and worth checking out.

As soon as I say let's go to the car wash, my Husband & Son said I'm on my own, they are going fishing. It's a good thing the young man Jasiah was on duty today, he was my lifesaver ,a big help just being there today. It's nice out , met a couple of nice folks. Today,06/12/2026 is a good day. How many of us woke up? Y'all be safe, kind ,Blessed .

The first time was nice the lady explained what I was paying for not a problem, I didn't love the washing experience but it is what it is. The second time I tried 4 different vacuums at the McCarty location and none worked. So then I went back to the one off of Sagamore the following week where it scratched my paint on the hood of my van. I tried calling to cancel my membership 12 times now and all I get is "the call center is closed"

I stopped in to get my car washed the afternoon of February 11th. It was my first (and last) time at “Wash and Roll”. I requested a single car wash, not a membership OR a membership in 30 days. On this day, the attendant was outside greeting customers at the kiosk as they pulled in. When it was my turn the attendant said “we’re doing a special promotion, buy any car wash, get washes free for 30 days”. However, at that moment he failed to share that what you were actually agreeing to is a monthly membership. The attendant processed my payment for the single carwash and before I knew what was happening he had placed an (impossible to remove) barcode on the inside of my windshield. That’s when he handed me the pamphlet and hastily explained if not cancelled in 30 days you’ll be billed for the monthly membership fee (this leads me to believe that my debut card information will be saved somewhere in the meantime). That doesn’t give me warm fuzzies. Today, I scanned the QR code from the pamphlet to cancel my membership. Guess what? No luck. I’m leaving this review because Wash N Roll’s approach is borderline unethical business practices. They are so smooth about it, you don’t even see
